We name orchids, like we name our children and trace the family trees; we re-value orchids, with our rather baffling standards such as the common one worth less; we clone them, for hundred years…. oh sorry, Dolly the sheep, you are not the number one and only; we make a show for them – thanks god, they didn’t follow our instruction and dance… Yet.
The trip was starting 7:am; passingers were 16 pots outsantding orchids plus 2 equally freshing persons.
One hour ahead we arrived Tsawwassen to catch 9:00am ferry, so to get to Univierty of Victoria by noon.
We came across Carla and Bill on highway 7 after got off Swartz ferry. Two Orchids carriers got to SUB of UV -the Voctoria Orchid Show Room - about the same time.
Got right into arranging display and registration for judging orchids,
Carla, though was disppointed at show tables against-wall instead of locating in the center, was 100% concentrating in setting up tables and plants.
Carla is an excellent artist as well as an instructor.
Don joined in with his 4 magnificent orchids around 1:00PM,
The display process became even more funs, lots of inspiring points been revealed during discussions.
Under highly sufficient works,
Nearly 80 pot of plats have been turned into a much more showable condition.
VOS display table has been turning into the most professional exhibition within 4.5 hours.
From colors, heights, sizes, showing dimensions, rhythms, Carla has put into consideration how variety outstanding orchids performing the best individually as well as a whole.
Carla requested the total perfection till the last minute when the spot lights set.

My personal opinion? without a doubt, VOS is the best display table in the whole Victoria Orchid showroom!
